1 × 60-minute weekly refeeding session
Focused on the refeeding process, including nutrition assessment, structured meal planning, weight monitoring (blind or open), symptom tracking, stabilization goals, emotional processing, and caregiver involvement when appropriate.
1 × 30-minute weekly follow-up session
Supports meal completion, pacing adjustments, problem-solving, accountability, and consistency.
1 × 30-minute clinician planning block (behind the scenes)
Protected time each week for reviewing logs, monitoring trends, adjusting care plans, and coordinating support.
Daily text message support
Real-time refeeding help for meal completion, distress tolerance, consistency, and challenging eating disorder thoughts as they arise.
Recovery app integration
Meal and mood tracking that allows your clinician to proactively adjust care throughout the refeeding program.
Cost: $500 per week
All sessions, planning time, and text support included.
Clients receive intensive, high-contact outpatient eating disorder support through coordinated nutrition care:
You’ll work closely with one of our senior eating disorder dietitians/nutritionists who specialize exclusively in outpatient eating disorder treatment.
Therapy is added when clinically appropriate, and our team collaborates closely to provide seamless, ongoing care across phases of recovery.

Intake Session

High-contact support

Gradual pacing changes, meal structure refinement, and evolving support based on progress.
Integrating therapy
Added when cognitively and medically appropriate.
Transition to long-term outpatient care
Continued nutrition support, therapy, stabilization, and relapse prevention through EatWell’s broader eating disorder outpatient programs.
Do I need to stop school or work?
No. This outpatient refeeding program is designed to support recovery while maintaining daily responsibilities.
Does this replace hospital care?
No. We work with medically stable clients and refer to higher levels of care when needed.
Can family be involved?
Yes, when clinically appropriate.
What happens after refeeding?
Clients transition into long-term nutrition and/or therapy within the same care team.
